1. STEADY ONGOING BUSINESS SUPPORT PLAN
Purchase a monthly retainer subscription ( you choose the number of hours) then you will have gauranteed service time for you business needs according to the number of hours that you choose. You can choose from 10, 15, 20, 40 hours per month (a few additional hours can be available, if needed).
During your alloted time, if your work exceeds the set retainer time that you pre- purchased such as an extra 1,2, 3, 4 hours etc.. the additional time is charged at the standard rate and will be billed to you. A 3 month minimum is required. You can purchase plans for 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.

support.You ARE GUARANTEED service time for your needs, according to the number of
hours that you have choosen. You save up to 30 % off of the standard rate.

2. Occasional Assistance Plan
Just need occasional assistance? Do you have a one time project or just short term? Well then this option is for you. You can take advantage of it TODAY!! With occasional assistance is on a retainer basis and you still receive GUARANTEED service time for the number of hours that you choose. Purchase time of 5 or 10 hours per month, use them when ever you want within a 60 day time period from the date of purchase. Must be used within 60 days from date of purchase, can not exceed the alloted 60 days, they do not rollover to the next month.

Benefits of this plan: With this plan of occasional assistance, you get just the right amount
of time to support your needs. This plan is a great option for you if you need variable, light or
short term support. When you purchase your time in advance you save a lot in time and
money. Your time is always available within a 60 day time period from the date of purchase.

be billed to you. A retainer must be purchased first.
What are Retainer Hours?
Retainer Hours are a set number of hours that you choose to purchase each month. They are set aside just for your business needs. You can purchase them monthly or 2 months in advance. Retainer plans are set for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. You must use retainer hours the month that you purchase them. Retainer hours must be paid in full before work begins and a service agreement must be signed. I will supply the work agreement forms to you.
If your service hours extend over the set retainer hours then you will be charged at the hourly rate of $ 40 per hour. Payment will be due upon receipt.
Any unused Retainer Hours do not rollover from month to month.
